Gold Dragon Cast With Faux Patina Paint Effects

Painting a concrete cast of a dragon using gold spray paint and acrylic paint washes to create a worn gold statuette with a faux patina.

Undercoat of black acrylic paint. Main coat of gold spray paint. Colour washes of dark brown acrylic paint mixture.

Painting Lioness Masquerade/Cosplay Mask | Polyurethane Resin | EasyFlo 120

Painting a lioness masquerade/cosplay mask made from Polycraft slush/roto casting resin – EasyFlo 120, using acrylic paint to create finished mask.

Fairy Door | Concrete Cast Painting

Following in the series of sculpting, molding and casting fairy doors, here is a video showing the painting process on a fairy door at Dramamask Evolution. This is the way in which we paint many concrete items here and of course there is of course a vast variety of ways to paint concrete pieces and statuary. This process works for us here and the video is just a demonstration of that process.

Acrylic paints are used in this video, alongside using techniques such as dry-brushing and washes.

Casting Polyester Resin
