Paint a concrete leaf using glow in the dark pigment. Mix the glow in the dark pigment with PVA or wood glue to create your own paint mixture. Apply glow in the dark paint to concrete item.
In this video the emphasis is painting a concrete leaf, but other concrete casts are painted with the glow in the dark paint, including a concrete skull cast.

Paint a concrete leaf in a festive style. This leaf was going to be painted up for the Christmas period, but had to wait until January after a bout of man-flu!
Acrylic paints are used to paint the concrete leaf, including Ultramarine Blue for the base coat Crimson Red, Pthalo Green and Violet for the dry-brushed layers, plus black and white to darken and lighten the colours.
Silver and bronze metallic paint are used for the final highlights, mixing metallic paints with colours to create a Mother-Of-Pearl effect.

Make a small two piece plaster mother mold using plaster bandages. The model in this video is a pine cone and has a latex mold already applied to it. This video shows the process of making the mother mold and once completed, the mold is ready to cast concrete replicas of the original model.
