Experimenting with painting a fairy door casted with plaster of Paris. The fairy door was made here at Dramamask Evolution and was originally sculpted from Monster Clay, molded with silicone and then casted.
Further casts will be made using materials such as resin and concrete. More in depth videos can be found on the Dramamask Evolution channel. Links to related videos listed further down the description here.

In this video a fairy door is painted using dry brush techniques along with regular painting techniques. The fairy door is made with concrete and is casted from an original fairy door created by Dramamask Delusions. The YouTube video which shows how to create the door can be found at this link on this channel: https://youtu.be/8kBPGXjU8kw
A latex mold was made from the original model or prototype and in this video a concrete cast from the molded original is painted to create painting effects which show a relatively authentic finish for a decoration in the home or the garden.
Acrylic paints of brown (burnt umber), red, yellow, black and white were used to create the paint job in the video.

Make a fairy or faerie door using objects around the house and garden. Most of the items in this fairy door are used with recycled items, including a ring pull from a tin can and stones or rocks from the garden.
Perhaps a fairy lives behind this particular door, but perhaps it could be a gnome, hobbit or pixie also.
This is one design in a series of many fairy and fantasy doors.
