Make A Celtic Plaque

Make a Celtic plaque using plaster of Paris. Make a plaster of Paris tile, as shown in the star sign plaque video: https://youtu.be/t2AYlxeOnxI and use the plaster of Paris tile to engrave a Celtic design into the plaster of Paris plaque. Once finished, the plaque is ready for molding and casting with concrete, or other materials.
